I have a 2005 Skeeter 190 SX. I removed the old Motor Guide trolling motor. It appears to me the reinforced area for the trolling motor was longer and narrower for the Motor Guide. The Minn Kota needs to be pulled forward for the self deploy. It is only allow 2 bolts on 1 side and 1 on other side and maybe with a spacer another bold. I would like to have this trolling motor have a great install. Any suggestions? How to reinforce area for wider Minn Kota? I'm working by myself and it is very difficult to reach way into the bow and secure bolts. Do you have a recommendation for reinforcement? Do you know of a installer that will do this for me? I live in Lewisville TX. I ordered the trolling motor from Bass Pro and it was delivered to my home.
Thank you, John

I bought a "Lift Saver" mount from the guy who makes them. His name is Ron and he lives in Lewisville. Great product and great Guy to deal with. I have an old 1992 Champion boat that is very narrow on the front a nd it worked great. He has a Website. I have an Ulterra also.

Thank you, John Take a look at ShuttleSlide. I had the same problem and ShuttleSlide fixed it for me. PM me if you want to ask any questions.
