It appears as if my son will be transferred to Wichita Falls, TX when this covid [censored] slows down. He's in the Air Force. Are there any good lakes close?
For the last three years he's been in Southern Georgia with some really good lakes close by. I'm going to miss that.

If you like Catfish, Lake Arrowhead has some good Blues, and the Crappie are decent there.

That’s my home town. If you live there and want to bass fish, you’re probably going to Nocona, Jacksboro, Graham or Texoma. Then if those don’t hold you the metroplex lakes are always here.

Arrowhead for crappie. Make friends who own land with some tanks on it. Possum Kingdom and Graham are an hour away.
