Wow! Nice fish. Definitely check your scales. Looks bigger than that unless she was skinny as a rail or your only 4 ft tall. flag

Well, it's not 14 lol. Holding it out in front pretty far but does look 8ish. Always good to have 2 scales I suppose. I have an old spring loaded one just in case my batteries dead on the digital. That spring loaded one is 50 years old and is pretty accurate.

Yeah I honestly thought I caught the lake record. Which is only 11.65. I asked around at a boat ramp if anyone had a scale and no one did so I called and met one of the local guides who had a certified scale. He said he recently had it recertified maybe it was on kg I never got close enough to look. Ohhh god why lol oh well and no I’m not 4ft haha I’m 5’10 180 lbs

You should be a professional bass photographee
If you can make a 7lber look 12lbs, you’d make a 11lber look 17lbs

Lol thanks I only took like 6 pics and they were from all random people that I met. he was just a big fish. But if anyone needs some talent I could always use some extra cash on the weekends. I’ve been wanting to get a Garmin force trolling motor. Haha

Nice Fish!!! The scale was probably spot on. The Lens on some of these camera phones can really mess with the perspective. It really is a beautiful specimen!!! Congrats on a PB; I'm sure you'll bust it soon!
