Been throwing a popping pad crasher by booyah. Caught plenty but started to sink and take on water after about 4 fish. Y’all know any that have good hook up ratios but don’t start to sink so soon? And how do y’all hack your frogs to stop the sinking?

Little bit of silicone sealant injected where the hook enters the frog helps with hollow body frogs of all brands.

Megabass Big Gabot in Kaeru Shad or Chart. Head
Does not take on water. Tuned right out of the package, hook designed and built just for this frog. Easy to walk and can be used as a popping frog.

Spro popping frog is my go to. I catch tons of fish on it. I use them till the rubber fall off. They are chewed up by that time anyway.

Boo Yah
It's hard to beat Spro because they are $12 a piece and the fish like the Spro name on the bottom.. It's also harder for them to see your white Oakley's

Love the Spro but recently started throwing the BOOYAH Pad Crasher Jr. and the bass are tearing it up. I think the smaller profile is getting their attention.

I like Spro and Scum Frogs. Also have some Cabela’s frogs, snagproof, and H20’s. All work well.

I've tried a bunch of different frogs. For me the hook up ratio with the Spro frogs is way higher than any other brand that I have used. Not sure if its the hooks or they just eat them better.
