He is on fire

Happened at Eufala which led to Buddy Gross winning and happened at the BASS Central which cost John Garrett the win, making it 3 weeks in a row.

I never saw anything happen at Eufala. Did I miss something? i just watched Buddy Gross hammer them on the last day and go from 10th to 1st. Don't recall a penalty for Cantebury.

Happened to Shane LeHew which kept him out of the top 10 and let Buddy sneak in.

Thats nothing, the open last week it cost a young angler the win and spot in the Bassmaster Classic

2 lbs seems a quite high penalty.

You know, I just don't understand this, especially for professionals.

I have fished a lot of tournaments. Fished my first one in 1975.

I only have 5 cull buoys in my boat. When I put the last one on a fish, I know I have five in the live well.

I'm sure it's different for those guys with the big money on the line, but I want that $500 win as bad as they want the $100k.

That said, you have to appreciate their honesty to self police themselves.

It used to be your largest fish, had to throw it back eek. If game warden cites you they zero your weight for that day.

So who was culling dead fish. Don't know what state it was in, but I think most places that is a rules violation not to mention illegal

Most of us have 6 in the boat, you put the 6th on and toss out the lightest fish and then have that tag for the next fish and repeat the process... personally I dont weigh my fish and log them on my scale until I get that 6th fish.
