I have a black hull and Starbrite Boat Guard has done the trick for me.

Works toilet bowl cleaner. Spray on, quick wipe, hose off.

For stubborn stains or marks, try a "magic eraser" pad. They have absolutely no grit or other abrasive to them, so it won't scratch. I've seen them take off stuff that I had thought was permanent. Instructions say wet the pad, so be sure to do that.
If you have a windshield with that smudgy film on the inside, the damp magic eraser will get that too.

If you use Starbrite's Hull Cleaner........use some goggles to protect your eyes and maybe some gloves. It contains an acid which can be very irritating. It works too. Just follow the directions for your protection. Soft Scrub is great on stains too.

Mr Clean Magic Eraser works really well This should be a first-choice attempt in my opinion. There are no caustic chemicals to deal with or eat away at wax and/or gelcoat. Another good use is cleaning the inside of your vehicle windshield. The Magic Eraser seems to remove that plastic vapor haze that can build up on it.

I tried the Magic Eraser on my aluminum Ranger‘s scum line yesterday with little luck. How hard do you have to scrub?

I get a lot of looks and a few comments but the first thing I do after getting my boat off the ramp is break out the towels and start wiping her down. The five minutes it takes to do this saves me hours. You may already do this. East Texas lakes are awful about leaving a scum line.
To whom much is given, much is required.

After seeing a previous post maybe i will find a use for it. I use SOS pads on my aluminum trailer. You might want to try a aluminum cleaner and polish on that Tracker. I showed a neighbor how to clean his pontoons with those products.
