Minneapolis is about to make Detroit look like paradise. Small business will flee first. Then these big business that are falling all over each other to virtue signal to BLM, will do an about face when faced with the realities that the almighty dollar is gone and they will close. It will be a ghost town. My prediction..

I have a prediction. If the voters go for this (but the common folk may just be smarter than the politicians) it will only last a few weeks at most. Me and the robbers, killers, looters, etc. know that very quickly everyone will see what a horrible decision it was, so there will be a quick wave of total anarchy during the first few weeks while they have a chance to profit from such stupidity. Then there will be screaming for a police force again. I have a lot of black friends that I hang out with and talk to from my football days, I have yet talked to one that thinks it's a good idea to do away with the police. In most inner cities the residents are scared to death of all the drugs, killings, robberies in the neighbor hoods they want more police.

Sounds like a good idea. Let them reapply for jobs, get rid of the undesirables, get rid of the unions, and start a new environment. Probably needs to be done in other cities where citizens have no confidence in their police. Hypothetical question for you, would YOU feel good about all this if you lived in downtown Minneapolis, had no transportation and lived by yourself?

It wasn’t that long ago (like seconds) that the politicians in charge used the police unions for campaign funds and endorsements with the return being fat contracts and so on. The police in some states were used to blunt the right to work laws that were sweeping through the Midwest a while back. My how things have changed.

They should do it. That way the rest of America can see what a failure it is and reject it. That's the way it's supposed to work in this country.
#SacrificeMinneapolis
It hasn't been a failure in Camden, NJ. I dont think so rime rates have dropped. That could be due to them not making as many arrest and more of just slaps on the hand. Check out a documentary called the 13th. It talks about how both sides democrats and republicans could actually pass a lot each year but choose not to, keeping America divided. Also, bigger point of the show is how criminals are doing a lot of the labor for this country for next to nothing allowing corporate prisons to profit.

Hypothetical question for you, would YOU feel good about all this if you lived in downtown Minneapolis, had no transportation and lived by yourself? Kinda depends on my ability and legal standing in defending myself. I wouldn't think Minn has any stand your ground laws and I wonder about their CCW laws.
