None of you can pronounce any of those words. Trust me. You're saying that because it is true. I won’t even attempt anything without google translate- I put that invention right up there with sliced bread and toilet paper-

Even if you hear it, your mouth can't make the words. Pho for a a good example. None of us says it correctly.
i was told once, that just say the first part of the f-word. so, just the "fu" sound, but say it like a question. so, emphasize the "u" instead of the "f". i dont know if thats true, but restaurants always seem to be impressed.

I gotta say its a harsh language. Much like the way German is harsh. I’ve spent a lot of time in Germany and Vietnam and after spending all day around Germans, listening to German, my ears bleed Very abrasive sounding At least listening to Vietnamese, there’s a kindness and congeniality to the language. Much different than even Chinese.
