 What prop to use

I just got a 2012 Z521 Ranger with a Mercury Pro XS 250 2 stroke. Takes forever to get off plane. Had two friends with me the other day and it wouldn’t plane out. I had to tell one of them to go to the front so I could get the nose down. Using the Mercury Tempest prop. Should I change props to help hole shot and plane off faster? Any ideas are welcome. Thanks

Start pulling pvs plugs until the prop blows out then put the last one in. Setup for your regular load if you’re gonna drag a bunch of weight around drop down two pitch sizes.
