Any recommendations for someone in the Waco/Temple/Killeen area to rebuild a torque master lower unit?

Is it nose coned or not?
If it is, it needs to go to Titus or Bob’s. If the hoses are outside of the case then Bob’s did it. If it’s not nose coned then I hear good things about things about this place in Temple.
