Are the reds moving into the surf in late July or is it another month or so before they start to move in? Going down to Jamaica Beach the last week in July and was seeing what the best surf targets are, have a kayak to run baits also if that helps.

There are some bulls already there. My buddy caught 3 near Follets Beach last Friday.
