When do you normally start fishing bubble fry? I have always thrown these in the middle of summer. Also, what colors do you normally throw with brush hog and bubble fry? Primarily fisheries like Fork and Rayburn. Cali 420 for me (brush hog)

Easily baby brush hog. Typically a darker black, brown, or green color.

I used to throw a Green pumpkin lizard all the time but am slowly moving to Flukes or craws now.
