You can catch the first 10-15 minutes of some of their seminars on Youtube, then it suggests you join to see the whole video. My past research made it seemed like it was more beneficial the less experienced you were.

I think it's worth it. I have learned some things with it. But the most valuable part is the Rapala/VMC discount. That pretty much pays for the subscription.
