Got this girl on the first cast this morning. Using a KVD 10XD. Caught a few small fish after her but overall pretty slow. Had to get off the water early due to all the crazy ski boats cruising by at 20-30 yards from me.

She weighed 7.6

I caught my personal best on the first cast, not another bite the rest of the day. She weighed 9 pounds even. I guess I hit her right between the eyes!

I have caught a few fish on first casts but they didn't weigh 7.6 pounds! Ha!
