Any advice?
99 Mercury 150EFI is charging 15.6-16.7 volts at 3/4 throttle. Charging 12-13.8 at idle - 1/2 throttle.
Both rectifier/voltage regulators have been changed, did I just happen to get a bad one out of the box or is there something else that could make it charge to much. Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Measure with another meter to rule out instrument panel meter.
