While they may very well be rogue and non law-abiding, you should proofread a bit possible....
"sale" is a noun, even in Texas. You SELL your catch when you need a verb....
"not running illegal" = running legal. Is there an issue with that?
"not wearing life jackets" is not illegal either - unless you are under 16 years of age, and even then is is not required when anchored.
Politicians will never be out on the lake, and I'm not sure how they would provide any "fix" that would not involve law enforcement.

There are some people that simply think that these signs are for others. I think sometimes this may be driven by necessity.
It is amazing how many times I go to a lake and see people completely ignore "no fishing, no wake or no boat" signs.

It’s not illegal to cast net so why call a game warden? I’ve recently seen GW checking cast betters, but not stopping them. Nothing has changed legally and honestly probably won’t.

Plenty of them out today. Also the sign specified that castnetting is prohibited at the launch and ramp. Doesn’t say anything about the rest of the lake. At least, the one I saw at Park Prairie.
