Catfish is a kind of freshwater fish with high nutritional value, has a very good curative effect when combined with catfish with ginger, a spicy and hot spice will help warm the body and relieve the effect. On days when it is cold or raining, cooking a pot of ginger catfish served with hot rice or porridge is nothing more delicious.

Ingredients:
- Catfish 500 gr
  - Ginger 50 gr
  - Shredded shallots 20 gr
  - 3 tbsp white sugar
  - Seasoning 2 tablespoons
  - Fish sauce 4 tbsp
  - Colored water 1 tbsp
  - 1/3 tablespoon salt
  - Spend 1/3 tablespoon
  - Cooking oil 2 tablespoons
  - 2 tbsp rice flour
  - Green onions with 5 branches
  - 5 chili peppers

Instructions:

Step 1:
Make catfish clean, cut, and cut to taste (about 2-3cm). Ginger peeled, thinly sliced.
Catfish removed beard, fish intestine, and two fishy blood clots on both sides of the beard washed. Should be scrubbed with vinegar, lemon, and salt to fish no longer viscous and deodorized fishy.

Step 2:
Marinate 500gr catfish with 50gr sliced ginger, 20gr minced shallots, 3 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp granules, 4 tbsp fish sauce, 1 tbsp colored water, 1/3 tbsp salt, 1/3 spoon Spend at least 15 minutes on catfish to spice up.

Step 3:
Pour 2 tablespoons of cooking oil into the soil bowl, wait for the oil to be hot, then take each piece of catfish into the bowl, pour in the marinated fish sauce, stir-fry for fish meat. Then add 1 cup of boiling water to the pot, simmer for 30 minutes, remember to skim often.

Step 4:
Dilute 1 tbsp of powdered powder with 2 tbsp of filtered water. Pour the mixture into fish sauce, stirring to create a thick paste for the fish stock, creating a gloss for fish meat. Then add white onion, red pepper to the warehouse for another 5 minutes to make the pot of fish stock more attractive. Lastly, before mentioned, add a lot of shredded ginger if you like to eat a lot of ginger and want to feel cool!

Step 5:
Pangasius is a familiar dish in Vietnamese family meals, if galangal catfish is a typical dish for the North, then ginger catfish is a dish with strong Southern flavor. On days when it is cold or raining, cooking a pot of ginger catfish served with hot rice or porridge is nothing more delicious.

Happy cooking! Rebecca from DoWhatUloves
