I'm in the market for a new cooler, you guys like these? Testing, will let you know later. Feels like a solid cooler. Put a 12 pack of 16 oz. Ultras and a 10 pound bag of ice in on Sunday. Had a little ice on Monday, and no ice yesterday. Beer was still cold last night. 12 pack is gone.

Same—they emailed a tracking number for Friday. I believe it took me emailing them my order number twice and politely reminding them of their obligations in our relationship when they documented twice an estimated delivery date of May 22nd.
When did businesses become like the airlines and start selling more items than what they have available?
as an aside, I have been getting daily leslies pool ads on my YouTube videos

I finally lost patience with them yesterday after the 3rd attempt to contact them with no reply at all and waiting on hold for 45 minutes. I told them via their website my next communication would be to my credit card company and the consumer protection hotline of the Texas AG. I received an email at 5:20am notifying me that my cooler had shipped and they provided a tracking number.

Ordered on 5/15 and just received shipping confirmation and my FedEx tracking number, scheduled delivery is for Fri. 6/5. Probably ran out of stock and had to wait on a new shipment from China.
