I know I have seen previous threads discussing batteries, but wanted to get some opinions on my current situation, I have a 2017 Pro XS 250, and run 2 - HDS 12's at the helm and 2 - HDS 9's on the bow. I have an Interstate 31 series AGM that runs all of the aforementioned. I noticed this weekend after fishing several hours and running the live-well pumps that the motor struggled to turn over. I know I am putting a load on the battery with the electronics, and the 3 year old battery is probably pretty tired, so I want to upgrade to something with more power and reserve. I really don't think I have room for a second battery for electronics as i have a 36V trolling motor. I am looking at the Oddysey 31 2150 as it has about 1100 CCA and 205 RC, but cant find them anywhere in Houston (which also concerns me about warranty replacement). Has anyone used this battery and is it worth the money? Is there something else out there that is comparable? Any help would be appreciated!
Mike

I am looking at the exact batteries you posted links to plus a couple of lithiums. They all have excellent reviews, just trying to figure out if the X2/Northstar is worth the extra price. I sure wish the Lithiums would become more reasonable but for wha the X2 cost a lithium might not be too bad of a deal if they last a lot longer.

I'm running the Sam's batteries on the trolling motor and the big NorthStar is powering the big motor and 4 units. Never have any issues.

I bought the X2 at Batteries + Bulbs a week ago. Running 2 9" graphs, 12" Garmin with livescope, lights, live well, etc. Fished 12 hours on Saturday and the battery held up great. Of course, I ran the big motor between spots, but I think I could easily run my electronics for 6 hours without the big motor if needed. My reasoning for paying extra was the local store has them in stock and they have a 4-year replacement warranty. That's what sold me.
