Sometimes when I hit FPH there is just too much recreation traffic and the fish will get lockjaw. Like any true fisherman I fish on, but sometimes ya just have to say U.N.C.L.E. When that happens I break out my umbrella with the front chair mount on the bottom and tie a hammock from the center console to the trolling motor and chill to the waves while listening to some jams. Heres to a bad day catching but a great day at fishing.




Below is a friend who enjoyed a trip in the past rocking in the hammock waiting for a bite.

I agree! Keep moving and some will be willing to play somewhere. I often look for the shallowest fish I can in those situations as the shallower fish tend to be the most active fish in general and most willing to play.

I was thinking the same thing. But, as for a bad day catching I start playing with electronics and trolling around looking for new spots to mark. Maybe toss a few at the spots as I keep on going by.

So you go from a couch potato to a boatham potato.
