 helix 12 maps problems

New helix 12 si/di g2n navigation waypoint screen is black with waypoints blue, there is no lake map.

New helix 12 si/di g2n navigation waypoint screen is black with waypoints blue, there is no lake map. what kind of card, I think Ive had every issue you can imagine and never seen that. go into the nav menu and select auto for map selection it should select your lakemaster card.

It was the lakemaster sd card, i used the one on my 10" and installed it in my 12" works great the new lake master i just bought does not work in either unit. Hope they will honor the warranty. Thanks for the information.
