If he just gets out of the car and doesn’t resist arrest he is still alive. The two worked together for years as security guards knew one another well. They call a ambulance before getting him out of the car. Just another thug like Kap

From what I’ve read, the cop might qualify as a bully. Be interesting if a third degree murder charge is enough to keep people at home tonight.
