I wear either a Macks Prariewing khaki ball cap or an old beat-up straw cowboy hat to keep the sun off.

Baseball type around the house, but if I'm on the water for any amount of time, I have a canvas wide brim "Ultimate" that I can drench to keep cool. I'm 100% Norweigian, so I've real real light skin. I burn easily, so LOTS of cream, too.

Yes, I have been there many times, grew up fishing and boating on that god forsakin lake. By the way, I wear baseball hats exclusively, several of which reside at the bottom of ray roberts lake.

Now I know where the TEXDAWG came from. Ray Bob ate my 1st DAM HAT. I bet the shore is littered with hats. I looked for it for 15mins before giving up. So I ordered a new one. Makes for good conversation back at the launch ramp. Hard to resist making jokes about a DAM HAT.  -Sniper

leather minnetonka wide brim in the cold months,
and my "lucky" (there, I said it!) ball cap
or wide brim nylon "crusher" in the summer
