Looking at an 07 206 dc with a 250 Vmax. Always been a big fan of champs. Any information you can give me on the boat?

206 nice boat not fastest in the line up. Not sure if boat has Megalink but that is common problem with the 07 08 09 and there very hard to find. They basically control the operations of the livewells, tilt/trim etc. Will have problems with it at some point. I don't know anything on the vmax other than guy told me they run till about 800 hours then done. Probably run longer.. It's wide body with plenty of room and space.. I’ve got an 2006 champ 188....seller failed to disclose some information to me... hints the new powerhead I just put on it! Has a 200 mercury and at first would only do 56-57 tops, but now after replacing powerhead and prop it runs 66-68... takes rough water well too for its size. Overall I really like champions a lot. Great fishing platform!

I have a 2009 206 cx and really like it, I just repowered in February. As already stated they are not the fastest but ride really well and lots of room.

you won't find a better ride than a champion. if it is megalink style they can be converted to rockers, major rewiring is required.
