They're okay. Prefer patting out my own, throw in some onion & garlic. Bacon bits if there's no bacon to be had. Good stuff when you do it yourself. DW usually gets the pound packs from Braums, that way we're making full use of the cow.

I keep several kinds in freezer. They do real well in smoker. Overall not bad.
