What are some of y'alls favorite techniques and lure choices for post spawn bass.... early, mid day and late?

if they spawn in a really big creek then I would target the shores where they will travel to head out to deep water. While a frog may be OK I think a fluke or drop shot little swimbait would be more effective in the floating vegetation. Better hook up ratio. It was today for my best 5 at 14.95.
