Guys,
I fished Monday from about noon to dark and I have to say that I don't think I have ever seen so many wakeboard/ski boats on the water on a week day. Boat waves were unreal.. be safe out there! The eastern fork was better than the west by Lynn Park Marina.

Police boat sped out and went under the bridge and headed west as I was heading out about 6:00PM. I went the other direction so never saw what was going on. Had sirens going. Wish the cops would go over to party cove and make some alcohol arrests and clean some of those drunks out. Blare their music so loud it ruins the whole reason I get out. Have caught several decent fish this year, but man there have been a lot of folks out. I don't fish the far west wide of the lake much but maybe there would be less boats over by Loyd Park and that area.

Since the Corona outbreak everyday seems like a Saturday.

I went yesterday morning from 6-10am - the lake is packed with fishing boats also. Everyday is like a weekend.. I can't imagine how insane it will be this weekend if it doesn't rain

I avoid Joe Pool between February and October. Problem solved.

It aint just the pool. Its everywhere. I fish an oxbow off the trinity down here 10 min from the house. Normal Saturday will have 3-4 boats on it. Saturday afternoon there were 16 boats with people kneeboarding and tubing on it. At its widest point its only about 80 yards wide. And you can't go more than 200 yards without a 90 degree bend.
I can backlash toilet paper.
