 Right side of SI not working

The last 2 trips, the right side of my side imaging has gone black. I installed the latest update and that didn’t fix it. Any one have any experience with this. The unit is a Helix 10 mega SI G2N

Transducer is likely damaged. Happened on mine a while back. Swapped the transducer out and worked like a charm.

Transducer is likely damaged. Happened on mine a while back. Swapped the transducer out and worked like a charm. This 100% - same thing on mine.

Is the transducer plugged directly into the unit? First things first. Unplug and reply. See if it just got a little jiggled out of place. Then I would soft reset the unit.

The dilithium crystals get weak over time. This is a 4 month old unit. Got it for Christmas, installed it in January. I also don't know how the transducer would be damaged already. Haven't hit anything and there isn't really any cable exposed that would be prone to pinching, etc.

I did not have mine good on the back last time and I got one side of SI not showing up
