If my financial assistance is needed to develope these lures, can I pay with various gift cards in random amounts and procured from several various merchants?

Lure design innovation is a challenge and difficult to prove innovative. The lures I saw on the site had pretty finishes but not unusual for each type of lure, which would be key getting diehards to switch. Lure action much of the time is dependent on the action imparted by the angler. Wonder if it will make a difference with those lures?

I want a lure shaped like a scuba diver. Little fins on the back and arms that spin like a paddle.

A good rule of angling philosophy is not to interfere with another fisherman's ways of being happy, unless you want to be hated.
