I went to their website and the contact section says they are in China with no mention of France. May be legit, but I would be cautious.

That comes after they get your email address. They want you to invest $100,000 to help them develop this great new can't miss lure. You'll need to deposit that money in a Nigerian bank account.

If my financial assistance is needed to develope these lures, can I pay with various gift cards in random amounts and procured from several various merchants?

Lure design innovation is a challenge and difficult to prove innovative. The lures I saw on the site had pretty finishes but not unusual for each type of lure, which would be key getting diehards to switch. Lure action much of the time is dependent on the action imparted by the angler. Wonder if it will make a difference with those lures?

I want a lure shaped like a scuba diver. Little fins on the back and arms that spin like a paddle.
