Shelley Luther was at that rally Saturday afternoon.
I guess she didn't really need to be at her salon cutting hair so she could feed her kids.

As he wants Americans to have the freedom to do as they please and the liberals are the ones trying to keep people locked up and on the govt rations.

I personally wouldn't use a doctor who gets her medical treatment advice from a politician. That said, she's a doctor and she should have every right to prescribe a legal medication in this country. Pharmacists are an unnecessary extra expense on the system in my opinion. How their job hasn't been automated is beyond me. (That's a topic for another day).
I also think pharmacies have every right to ask patients to come through the drive through for those medications. I also think she should prescribe herself some time on the treadmill. Obesity is one of the biggest health issues in this country and I'm not sure how she could council anyone on that. (Also a topic for another day).

I like where she says she can't diagnose or treat you through a computer screen.

I find it disturbing that hydroxychloroquine(hq) was not touted as a viable treatment option for the reasons like "the studies were not peer-reviewed", etc. However, remdesivir(rv) is being touted as an option, with only one study having been conducted(I could be wrong, but I only found one yesterday evening).
From what i read yesterday, hq had a higher % of "success" and less bad side effects observed than rv. Heck, in the rv study, 10% of the patients ended up with lung failure...and, liver failure is one of the observed side effects of rv.
I get that hq isn't a certain cure, but it does seem that it works better, or at least as well as, rv, with less chance of a negative effect.
I forgot to add -- the makers of rv stand to make around $2billion...hq is cheap, and readily available...maybe that figures into the equation...

That's pretty shallow to say. I can promise you that I know several Intensivists and have talked to other nurses in several hospital systems that absolutely are following her recommendations in their treatment protocols. I used the portions of the protocols myself before becoming infected. Personally used it (the protocol). Try again.

Once again, this proves that even with the advanced worldwide instantaneous communication we have today, nobody believes a damn thing anyone says because everyone and everything is a lie. Seriously, who really knows what to believe. This Doctor is laying her profession on the line to publicly say these things. She was an immigrant from Cuba that came here as a child with her parents who had political asylum. She provides care for those who don't have the means to pay, etc. Yet the libs don't like her. I don't get it.
