 Lowrance Gen 3 HDS Touch screen not working

Brand new to Gen 3 electronics. Have a 2017 Gen 3 HDS on bow and dash. Bow touchscreen is working fine but dash touchscreen isn’t. Dash unit works fine but I have to use the side buttons. Did a hard reset twice but nothing changed. Any ideas on how to fix? I am second owner of boat so I don’t know the history.

1) Can you call previous owner and see if touch was working for him?
2) Try pressing the Power button (don't hold it down) and bring up a selection. One of the menu items should be Touch Lock. See if you can toggle that setting if it is locked. If you did a Hard Reset, this may not be any help.
3) Call Lowrance Support
