Had Patrick Rios from Odessa out for a trip on Eagle Mountain. It was a good one. starting out looking for fish where they had been. Oops no body home. Went to a flat and worked the edge of it . !2 to 14 ft seemed to be the magic depth. Caught 50 and decided to go look at deep water humps. A few fish are starting to show up but not near as good as shallow. Went back to shallow flat and the scope Lit up. We caught 65 to 75 in the next hour. We were catch and release at this point. Keep 57 for the greese. All fish caught on chartuse and white ole ugly slabs and flies. Looks like EM has finally turned on. Had a GREAT day on EM today. Caught over 100 in about two hours. We caught the most in 9ft to 12ft. Once they moved out to 15ft, they were done!!! All caught on Johnny’s ole ugly chartreuse and white slabs and flies!!!
