Someone needs to get financial backing to get on TV. Get on TV and say to the law makers "Have you gone this entire shut down without bringing home a paycheck? How many of you have been furloughed? Who's going to pay my business expenses? Who's going to pay my mortgage? Who's going to feed my children? Judges? I don't think so". nancy peeloser proved what politicians think of the working class, sure wish I had a 24,000.00 frigidator and some 18.00 a pint ice cream! and the house is still hiding out in their mansions. go figure! That high dollar ice cream still ain’t as good as Blue Bell.

Now if she only has any customers show up.
That and dental hygienist are both kind of iffy right now.
Are you kidding? The salons here are already open, their business is booming.

[quote=Allison1]I am guessing now that his EO has been gutted, everyone is able to open without worry.
If it means our U.S. constitution is restored along with our right to peaceful assembly is returned, I';m good with it. I also hope Clay Jenkins and that pompous judge get their azzes sued off. I would be glad to sign a recall petition. for either or both.
Biden famously said in the New York Observer, “I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy. I mean, that’s a storybook, man.”

That has ZERO to do with safety and is an abuse of power. I do not think they would have jailed her is she was a minority to begin with. They would not have went there. I personally don't care what someone's color is and if ANYONE male/female, pretty/ugly, any race, any religion etc been treated this way by Moye and Jenkins I would feel the exact same way I do about it being wrong.
Gonna be even funnier when she sues and wins her case against Dallas and they have to pay up. Abbott specifically mentioned the 2 Laredo women in the rewrite as well and calls for their release so it sounds like he amended the order for ALL. She cannot sue Dallas County for enforcing a state order genius. You have no clue about laws. Please stay in your lane. She would have to go after the State of Texas. If the order excluded jail time and he gave her jail time anyway, then that would be consider abuse of power. He acted within his authority and power, according to the executive order in place at that time. Hence why Governor Abbott amended it. You also threw the race card out there, so lets' talk about it. Two Hispanic women were arrested in Laredo for operating a business out of their house on April 20. A White lady was arrested for operating her business on commercial property after receiving a ticket and retraining order to stop. The Governor immediately amends his order, so she can be released. You tell me where is the racial equality? GTFOH

There are so many mixed up facts and assumptions in this thread. Who needs soap opera TV reruns? Just hop on the TFF Train to see confused people and storylines.

Funny you do not take your own lane advice in regards to hopping on medical threads.. .... This case sure has you all butthurt and slinging insults..........

Are you implying that the TFF Legal Staff, representing all legal areas including Constitutional, Personal Injury, Human Rights, and Criminal, might be negligent with their legal advice? I find that very hard to believe!
