I wear stocking foot under ray boots, my booted waders are insulated and use for duck hunting, but moving around fishing the stocking foot are more comfortable.

I just ordered a pair of G3 waders. It was hard to pass up at $250 off retail. Lots of sites running clearance right now on these.
