I love Brussel sprouts. Never had them until I got married. We eat them 4-5 times a week now. Similar to above, quartered, cooked in a pan with kosher salt, pepper and paprika.

I can’t narrow down just one vegetable that I hate, because there are a lot. Beets, radishes, squash (or is that a fruit)k cauliflower (unless it’s the cauliflower imitation mashed potatoes, which we also eat 4-5 times a week) and I don’t like raw tomato. I like salsa, marinara sauce and all that, but I don’t like tomatoes on sandwiches or in salads. And peas are disgusting.

I'll have to go with Onion. But that is because I'm allergic to the oil in them.

Used to hate Brussels Sprouts until I had some that were roasted with bacon and a little parmesan - They were amazing!
