I made this video awhile ago and there's all kinds of knockoff's for it, I even see a version being marketed now, but you can make it for pennies. Now that we've moved to freshwater I'm using a plastic spice jar (has plenty of holes) and simply dropping it down with sponge, weights & menhaden oil (and it attracts bass & specs just fine). Refresh the oil every month or so.
