Got 2 4's, a 5.6, 6.73, and 7.25 all in the same 10 day span on 3 separate evenings. Generally fishing 2-3 hrs at a slot. More smaller ones but I've never gotten 3 over 5 without a guide in this short of a span. I've learned a lot over the last 4 years with many thanks to the people here.
Congratulations on the catches. You should consider replacing that metal hook on the scale. If you use one of the friction "lip clips" offered for sale separately, it won't require you to punch a hole in the fish's mouth (which can get infected and cause death). The clip won't affect the measured weight as the scale "zeros" with the clip mechanism already hanging on it. good point. Normally I'm not weighing a lot of fish as I just don't catch that many of this size unless I was out at Monty or somewhere in east Texas. I went up through the gill so didn't think I was actually poking a hole but the lip clips would be better. I try and be very gentle with the bigger fish as they've won the right to live on.

Nice catch!

Your cell phone should have a built in delay for your pics Greg. I just used it the other day for the first time. My pics didn't turn out great but with a little practice while at home on where to set your phone and how far away you are from it they will be really good pics! Nice catches brother!

I would agree with you , but then we would both be WRONG !!!!!

I have the clip on my scale but prefer to tare a damp weigh bag and then weigh bigger fish in the bag.
Congrats on the catches!
