I’ll say in all seriousness that I was going to fish. I really was curious what people thought about Media putting on their bass tournaments, and it’s been some interesting reads. But I did it more out of boredom just to get the fishing nerds fired up at their computers. But I saw Dirk talk on the news last night, I see the governor closing state parks, and in totality don’t think it’s a good idea. And I’m a Trump loving, hands off government supporting person who thinks everything is a conspiracy! I’m just leaning on the Virus doesn’t spread itself, people do. So as much as I love to be a hypocrite, I think the smart thing to do to keep them from closing lakes all together is to stay home. There’s 43 pre registered right now. That’s a minimum of 86 people in one spot. And will end up being 100+ easy. And that’s why it keeps spreading. They fished. Do not know the results but know someone that was fishing it Their website says all the events today postponed, maybe the po po intervened

Yup only 10 boats beached at a time and only 1 per tank, 5 tanks. Looks like they had a decent turnout. 23lbs won

OMG some of those pictures they posted wearing masks while holding fish and teams standing 6 feet apart makes me think they are thumbing fun at this whole situation, the wrong person sees this and squeals is how we get entire lakes shut down like other states have done, or at a minimum all tournament permits get pulled until this is over. Fishing tournaments most definitely fall into the non-essential category. This is a d@mned it you do d@mned if you don't situation, they should not have fished.
