Any good videos on getting the cheeks or belly meat?

Remember 18" before you put a knife to them.

This isn't "new." Been doing this on all catfish for decades.
Fishing is a jerk at one end of the line, waiting on a jerk at the other end...and I'm proud to be one of 'em.

Give a man a fish, he'll eat for a day. Teach him how to fish, he'll be gone every weekend.

This isn't "new." Been doing this on all catfish for decades. No claim that it is new. But lots of younger anglers don't know it. Fished with a 25 year old yesterday who was planning to skin them.

Must be 18" in Texas
And you're wasting a lot of meat if not getting the belly meat off of flatheads.
PB flathead 34.5 lbs - I know it's small but it was still the record for Lake Travis when I caught it! PB Blue 58.5 lbs jugline 43.5 lbs on R&R which was the other Lake Travis record when caught.
