According to LCRA, ramp at Granite Beach Recreation Area maintained by Lake LBJ Marina is open. They recommend you call LBJ Yacht Club Marina 830-693-9172 for latest info.

I do know that there are ramps open, but I don't know which ones. Most, I'd imagine, since they're all privately owned.
