"A popular small business relief program ran out of funds on Thursday morning, as billions of dollars in additional coronavirus aid remain stuck in congressional limbo. The Small Business Administration said on its website that the agency is "currently unable to accept new applications for the Paycheck Protection Program based on available appropriations funding. Similarly, we are unable to enroll new PPP lenders at this time." Although Republicans and Democrats agree they need to replenish the evaporated funds for the program, a $349 billion fund approved last month as part of the CARES Act, they have remained at an impasse over how to do so. Democrats maintain that additional cash should include emergency funding for hospitals and states, as well as some changes to the small business aid program. Republican aides said conservatives will reject any spending beyond the PPP," https://www.foxbusiness.com/money/s...-out-of-money-not-accepting-applications

Saw this on the news a few minutes ago. Damage has been done, even more of the places you do business with and place you go eat will be gone for sure now. Guess the FEDS will just print more money soon, we need to open up quickly.

Those that didn't jump on the application process early and didn't have capital put back are in a tight spot. Businesses and people in general will be wary to spend when the country does open back up.
Grateful for every sunrise and sunset I get to witness. - Jason

We request access to the funds through Wells Fargo within 6 hours of their system opening up Friday night. By Sunday they sent us a message that they already allocated all their funds, so Sunday night be sent full applications to 2 other banks/lenders we had relationships with. THey have continued to alter the information they were requesting but everything was confirmed completed by both lenders last week. As of today we still have not been given any information other than that our applications have been completed.
We started with Wells Fargo because they have been our business bank for 15 years, we went to our personal banks/lenders after that fell through. Wells Fargo did eventually come back when they got more funds and allowed us to submit our application based on our reserved spot in line, but we still havent heard back on an approval.

Send a message to whitehouse.gov/contact/ with your thoughts.
Congress has departed Washington D.C. and is turning their deaf ears to the Country they were elected to serve.
POTUS is still there.
God Bless . . . . .

Well, once nancy gets another raise and more money for the kennedy center she will think about it.
