For those that are familiar with the Skeeter "black box" and touch panel woes. I am having a problem with one of the two so here is what I have found. The black box is getting 12v to it at least at the point of contact. The point where the wires come out of the black box to the plug connection to the touch panel reads 4v which I think should be correct. I would assume that would tell me that from this connection to the panel or the panel itself is bad?
