Maybe someone has a solution for me. I have a small pond and I cannot keep the moss and scum off of the surface. I was told that there is something out there that will take care of this with out hurting my bass. Anybody else ever deal with this ??

I was on a bass lease for 9 years, and one of our members would use a product called Carmax and Copper Sulfate mixed together. It worked, but you could tell it had an affect on the fish, they seemed to look sick for a few months after he treated the pond. He would put the two together in an old sock and drag it behind the boat letting it displace, then put another out. We used talapia here at the pond behind my house one year and it worked great, I would recommend going that way if you can, they will die off in the winter cause they can't live in temps below 50 so each year you will have to buy more.
