I think this a great idea, maybe hard to enforce but may deter groups from gathering at the lake. I saw several boats out on Conroe yesterday with 4+ people on board enjoying this time as if it was summer break. I can't say this isn't what I would be doing back in my college days but this is what the state is noticing and part of the reason they are shutting down lakes.

I predict they won't. Texans are a different breed going back to the Republic, some of the decisions the Governor has made he's gone a long way to losing the next election and theres a Dallas co. judge thats all but committed political suicide with his idiotic fear mongering press conferences.
