Nothing worse then biomedical science people.
https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0399077X20300858?via%3Dihub This looks to be well done and shows no benefit to hydrochloroquine unfortunately.

Is hydroxychloroquine safer than dying? Seems like it would be.

We will see how it turns out after the studies which more should be reported fairly soon, hopefully after peer review. If it takes much longer it is probably an indicator that the evidence is less compelling than the anecdotal evidence. It is difficult if not impossible to scientifically prove a negative, but you can scientifically show with a high level of confidence that something does work. Time will tell. Would be wonderful, but being overly optimistic does not help.

10 patients and 8 in the high risk category...I'ma gonna wait till a larger, less tainted sample gives some results.
"There were 7 men and 4 women with a mean age of 58.7 years (range: 20-77), 8 had significant comorbidities associated with poor outcomes (obesity: 2; solid cancer: 3; hematological cancer: 2; HIV-infection: 1). "

Donald recommends hydroxychloroquine, Alex Jones recommends collidail silver, my neighbor's daughter recommends essential oils. What do you have to lose?
