That’s interesting. With the rain coming in this Saturday the Lampasas River will probably be chocolate milk. There are several small creeks that run into the river. They will be big enough to get my boat upstream. After awhile it will get too skinny and I’d have to beach and walk.
Would you give these little streams a shot after a Rainey spell?

It depends on how much it rains. Those smaller creeks are a sure bet when the main river is super flooded and fast. Those smaller creeks are perfect for them to get out of the current.
