 Ultrex Prop Not Turning

I hit a stump yesterday with my Ultrex. Now prop wont turn. Here's what I can tell so far:
1. My shaft doesn't seem bent (but I realize just a little bent could affect things)
2. I get power to the foot petal
3. I called Boris Marine today. They've been closed by city due to 'non-essential' business.
Anyone have any recommendations on how to :
4. Diagnose/fix my issue myself?
5. Know of any other business or individual that can help fix?

You might have to make a run to Fork to have Texas Trolling Motors look at it.

Before you start calling people and spending money.. are you sure you didnt shear your pin? I keep a nail or two in the boat for that

Sheared pin is my first thought also.
You will have to use GOOD wide blade screw driver in the slotted shaft end to hold the shaft while removing the nut.

You will have to use GOOD wide blade screw driver in the slotted shaft end to hold the shaft while removing the nut. Yup.. A sheared pin is an easy fix.. It just sucks trying to get the prop nut off!

Mine did the same thing when I hit a lay down at high speed. Since it was the night before a tournament I had no time to get it to a shop. What I did was disassemble it from the prop area. Then I pulled out the inner unit a little bit. It won't come out to far. I then slid it back in (it'll line back up with the shaft). Once I tightened everything back down it works perfectly now. What I think happened is slamming into the lay down so hard knocked it out of whack a little bit.
Give it a try...might save you some money and get you back on the water
