I'm on record as saying rallies will probably get sold into,profit taking,etc. But I'm hoping we can keep up this pattern of 2 steps forward,1 step back. Maybe that will get us out of the woods. The people who actually move stock prices are a whole lot smarter than us small-time retail investors.

I'm on record as saying rallies will probably get sold into,profit taking,etc. But I'm hoping we can keep up this pattern of 2 steps forward,1 step back. Maybe that will get us out of the woods. The people who actually move stock prices are a whole lot smarter than us small-time retail investors. I've moved a few stock prices in my day. More times than not, I've traded less to avoid it, particularly where there is low volume.

The situation with oil could have a huge impact on the market. That's a wild card. Saudis and Russians are in talks as we speak. Trump is threatening to ban the import of foreign oil. Doubt that will happen but who knows.

Friday, my financial advisor said we could see the DOW go as low as 14000. I'm still staying on the sidelines. I ain't making money, but I'm not losing it either.
