Dont think anyone guides for crappie on Tyler! Your best bet would be to hire someone on Palestine! Lots of good stringers coming out of Palestine.

If you can, I would go to Lake Palestine and hire William Oliver or Mark Standridge of Three Nails guide service. Those guys put fish in the boat!
